Kristin (Kris) Morris

Kristin “Kris” Morris serves as the Director of Community Engagement and a dedicated board member of The Value Village Collective. With nearly six years of experience in the real estate industry, Kris brings a deep passion for helping others achieve financial stability and homeownership. Her own journey began early—purchasing her first home at just 22 and becoming a landlord by 25—experiences that shaped her commitment to empowering others through education and opportunity.
A resident of Anderson, South Carolina for over 22 years, Kris is deeply rooted in her community. She and her husband are both active in ministry, working to uplift and serve those around them. Together, they are proud parents to their son, Gabriel Logan Gil, who attends Lander University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in marketing.
Kris is also pursuing an associate’s degree in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Seminary School, reflecting her dedication to faith, lifelong learning, and community service. Her leadership at The Value Village Collective continues to inspire growth, connection, and transformation throughout Anderson and beyond.
