Kaylea Skutka

Kaylea is a dedicated team member at NewRez, a leading mortgage company that specializes in servicing loans for homeowners. She is currently participating in the TRAIL program, a one-year rotational program designed for recent college graduates. Throughout the program, she completes four 3-month rotations in different departments, gaining valuable insight into various business functions. After each rotation, Kaylea presents her learnings and process improvement ideas to company executives. A May 2024 graduate, Kaylea has been with NewRez for six months and values the program’s ability to help her explore different career paths.
