Quantella Simmons Kinard
Quantella believes that empowering one family strengthens the entire community. As the Executive Director of Value Village Collective, she is dedicated to building pathways to stability—whether through financial literacy, education, or helping neighbors achieve homeownership. With a career defined by high standards and a commitment to genuine support, she leads the VVC team in creating lasting change for the families who need it most.
